Turbo Replacement in Cummins ISX diesel engine

Turbo Replacement In Cummins ISX Diesel Engine Repair By The Best Diesel Mechanics Of South Texas !

In the image Turbo replacement on a Cummins ISX diesel engine is being undertaken by the diesel mechanics at our truck shop. Truck arrived at the shop with a loss of power. After a test drive with the driver, the diesel mechanic could feel a loss of power, slower on accelerations, and difficulty in maintaining high speed.

Another sign that your turbo is going bad is grey or blue smoke coming from the exhaust system, engine light on dash, oil burning, or dramatic decrease in fuel economy. As we start troubleshooting, We make sure to check the air filter and crankcase filter for proper flow, we also check the exhaust system. We opened the hose that goes to the turbo and found the turbo turbine wheel bearing bad. Turbo can be rebuilt but most customers replace them completely. Turbo has a turbine wheel and turbo housing. Housing guides the exhaust gas into the turbine wheel, gas exits the turbine housing though exhaust outlet. Our vendor had turbo in stock, so we were able to remove and install turbo on this truck in two days.

Experience professionalism at its peak and workmanship at it’s best !!!
