Air conditioning repair & service in truck !

This Peterbilt showed up, the driver said truck AC did not blow cold air.  Victor, one of our diesel mechanics, found a small leak on the ac condenser. He removed the condenser and found where the hood was rubbing it. The issue with hood grill was fixed and the AC condenser was repaired with a weld.  Also new O-rings were installed on the truck. A test for leaks was performed which it passed and a dye was added to prevent further leaks. The ac was vaccumed and the correct amount of Freon was added.

Jorge took the truck out for a test drive to make sure AC was working properly.  After the test drive, he noticed that truck pulled a little to the passenger side when braking. We advised the customer to install new brakes on the steering axle. After approval from him, we installed new brakes on the steering axle and Jorge test drove it again. Brakes were working properly and on finding no other issue we handed over the truck to the customer and he left satisfied with the service.
