As a road service tech, Mario has to go from answering calls for road service, get a work order, drive to the location, talk to driver/operator to see what issue need to be addressed, take out all tools needed to find an issue, remove parts of the vehicle, pick up all tools from his service truck and drive out to our truckshop to pick up any parts if needed for repairing and go back to the location. 

After fixing all the problems, he performs a test drive to make sure all is good, pick up all tools and put them back in the service truck, write service orders, collect payment out on location, and ask for a google review.
