Get your truck inspected at our truck & trailer repair shop in Edinburg, South Texas. Come into our truck shop from August 23 to August 29. Follow this checklist and get your truck inspected.

Before you inspect:

-Park on level road surface.

-Block the tractor wheel and trailer wheels, if holded

-Confir air pressure at 90-100 psi

-Sgut off engine and remove keys from ignition.

-Release spring brakes.

-Check each brake to confirm the normal released position.

-Listen for air labels

Brake Inspection Points:

-Chafing air hoses.

-Hoses that are worn to a second color.

-Damaged, broken or missing components.

-Brake pads thickness: Air drum pad, ¼ inch or more  Air Disk brake, ⅛ inch or more

-Cracked pads or rust jacked lining from shoe

-Excessive up/down & sideways camshaft movement

-Rusted drum due to inoperative brake.

-Holes in Brake Chamber.
